Will it work for my injury?

Is it right for me? It's easy to know! Tape your wrist as shown in the video. If your wrist feels better when taped, the WristWidget® will help your wrist. If it doesn't, then it won't.

The only injury that responds to taping of the wrist, or wearing a WristWidget® is the TFCC tear.

Putting it on is easy!

The WristWidget® can be worn on the left or right wrist.

1. Place straps through holes.

2. Slide onto wrist.

3. Tighten to secure straps

Weight bearing test: How to diagnose your TFCC tear

THIS TEST IS THE MOST VALUABLE TOOL IF YOU HAVE ULNAR SIDED WRIST PAIN.

Is it truly a TFCC tear? How severe is the tear? Are there other things happening with your wrist?

1. Get non-digital scale and non-elastic tape

2. Push down on scale with both wrists, elbow straight, and record numbers. Do not exceed pain.

3. Tape injured wrist. Re-do weight bearing test. Record number. Do not exceed pain.

Once you have the results, follow TFCC tear protocol.
